Baildon Carnival returns on Saturday 12 July 2025 for another vibrant, community-led day packed with free family fun. Supported by Baildon Town Council and sponsored by The Copper Beech Club, this popular event features live music, parades, food, and entertainment across multiple fields near Baildon Cricket Club. Kicking off at noon with the colourful Carnival Parade, expect an exciting afternoon filled with local performances, activities for all ages, and a relaxed, friendly atmosphere. It’s one of the summer’s most anticipated dates in the local calendar – and it won’t cost a penny to get through the gate.

Entry

This is a free event – there is no charge for entry to Baildon Carnival. Everyone is welcome to come along and enjoy the day without needing a ticket. Please note that individual attractions and food stalls may charge separately for their services.

• By Car: Limited on-street parking is available nearby. Temporary road closures will be in place around Baildon Roundabout, Northgate, and Jenny Lane between 12 noon and 12.30pm for the Carnival Parade. Diversion details will be announced closer to the date.
• By Public Transport: Baildon is served by local bus routes and is a short walk from Baildon railway station. Visitors are encouraged to plan ahead and check service updates.

Accessibility

The site is set across grassed fields, which may be uneven or soft underfoot in wet weather. Accessible toilet facilities will be available on site. A Contact Point near the entrance will be staffed by volunteers ready to offer assistance or advice. While most areas are navigable, access conditions may vary depending on the weather.
