About This Event

Castle Quest offers an exciting blend of interactive and educational experiences. Participants can play castle-themed video games, from retro classics like ‘Castle of Illusion Starring Mickey Mouse’ to modern indie titles. Additionally, the Nintendo Wii Crossbow Training experience lets visitors step into the shoes of Link from the Legend of Zelda series for some virtual archery.

Activities and Highlights

• Interactive gameplay with a selection of castle-themed video games.
• Hands-on crafting activities to build your own castle strongholds inspired by Sheffield’s heritage or favorite video games.
• Educational exhibits on the archaeological findings from Sheffield Castle, presented by Wessex Archaeology.
