Millennium Square transforms into a giant outdoor cinema this summer as Cinema on the Square returns from Thursday 31 July to Sunday 3 August 2025. Presented by Leeds International Film Festival (LIFF), the event features four packed days of open-air screenings, including cult classics, concert films, Japanese favourites, a Bollywood hit, family movies, singalongs, and even a special “Bring Your Own Dog” screening. With concert-quality sound, themed screenings, and a relaxed city centre atmosphere, it’s an unmissable date in Leeds’ cultural calendar.
