Join family and friends at Bar Convent Heritage Centre to celebrate the magic of Christmas. This historic venue is adorned with sparkling decorations, a twinkling Christmas tree, and a brand-new art exhibition inspired by the theme, ‘Gifts of Christmas.’

The exhibition features a stunning collection of digital art created by young talents, drawing inspiration from Viborg, where heritage meets technology.

Artistic Highlights

Explore a variety of unique artworks and installations:

• A glass cabinet displaying pop-punk tributes to the Book of Kells and the works of William Blake.
• New creations inspired by the ‘Gifts of Christmas,’ with meaningful quotes and vibrant designs.
• Contributions from local schools such as Our Lady Queen of Martyrs, St George’s RC Primary, Blueberry Academy, and ESOL students from York College.

Visitors can also enjoy the beautifully decorated Georgian Parlour, a perfect setting to embrace the festive spirit.
