Haworth Steampunk Weekend returns in 2026 for the second of two spectacular 2026 dates on 10–11 October. What began in 2024 as a smaller spring gathering has grown into a hugely popular celebration, drawing Steampunks from across the UK to the atmospheric heart of Brontë Country.
Both weekends promise character, creativity and community spirit, offering visitors the perfect chance to explore Haworth’s historic village while enjoying an action-packed programme of themed entertainment.
Expect spectacular Steampunk attire, friendly faces, independent shops, cafés, restaurants, crown green bowling, steam trains, museums and market stalls. The event also continues its tradition of raising vital funds for Sue Ryder’s Manorlands Hospice.
The Old School Room will once again host a full weekend of Steampunk traders, craft stalls and makers from across Yorkshire and beyond.
New for 2026: West Lane Baptist Church will also feature traders on the Saturday, giving visitors even more to explore. The full list of traders for May 2026 will be published nearer the time.
In the evenings, local pubs will host free entertainment and music, offering the perfect way to round off each event day.
Haworth Steampunk Weekend May runs on 10–11 October 2026. It will take place throughout the village of Haworth, West Yorkshire, with activities centred around the Old School Room, Main Street, and West Lane Baptist Church.
Visitors can enjoy shops, cafés, walks and access to the Keighley & Worth Valley Railway, all adding to the Steampunk charm.
