The Kettlewell Scarecrow Festival returns from Saturday, 9 August to Sunday, 17 August 2025, transforming the picturesque village of Kettlewell in the Yorkshire Dales into a whimsical wonderland of handcrafted scarecrows. This beloved community event, which began in 1994 as a fundraiser for the local primary school, now attracts thousands of visitors each year.

Parking: £4 per car, cash only. The main festival car park is a designated field with attendants to assist with parking.

The scarecrow trail is approximately 3km and follows surfaced roads around the village, making it accessible for wheelchairs and pushchairs. Some areas have gentle inclines. Disabled parking is available in the National Park car park behind Kettlewell Garage. Accessible toilets are located at the Village Hall and the National Park car park.
