Malton’s two-day Christmas Festival returns to the town’s picturesque Market Place on Saturday 6 and Sunday 7 December, filling the streets with festive stalls, seasonal music and family entertainment. Known as the “food capital of Yorkshire”, Malton offers visitors the chance to combine Christmas shopping with a feast of street food, locally-made treats and unique gifts. With independent shops and cafés open throughout the weekend, it’s the perfect excuse to explore the town beyond the main market square.
