The 115th Osmotherley Show will take place on Saturday, 2 August 2025, at Home Farm, Thimbleby, near Northallerton, DL6 3PY. This traditional agricultural show offers a full day of livestock classes, equestrian competitions, produce displays, and family-friendly entertainment in the scenic North Yorkshire countryside.

Event Highlights

• Livestock Classes: Cattle and sheep competitions.
• Equestrian Events: Horse and pony classes, including affiliated RoR, CHAPS, BSPS Heritage, and Working Hunter classes.
• Produce and Handicrafts: Flowers, fruit and vegetable displays, handicrafts, and children’s classes.
• Dog Show: Entries taken on the day.
• Fell Race: An 8.8 km (5.5 miles) challenging race with a climb of 320 meters (1,050 feet), open to runners aged 16 and over. Entry on the day; all runners must pay an admission fee to the show.
• Sheep Dog Trials: Demonstrations of sheep herding skills.
• Gun Dog Scurry: A test of speed and obedience for gundogs.
• Vintage Tractors: Displays of classic agricultural machinery.
• Children’s Entertainment: Activities and amusements for younger visitors.
