The Pickering Christmas Festival invites visitors to enjoy a weekend of festive celebration, local craftsmanship and seasonal delights. Combining Christmas shopping with entertainment and delicious food, this popular community event offers something for everyone.

Meet Father Christmas
Climb aboard the Funtime Express Train for a magical ride through the Galtres grounds to visit Santa in his cosy lodge. Each journey includes:
- Enchanting train ride to Santa’s lodge
- Storytime session with Father Christmas
- Small festive gift for each child
- Hot drink and sweet treat for every guest
