Across South Yorkshire: Sheffield, Barnsley, Rotherham and Doncaster
Pride of Yorkshire is a large-scale public art trail uniting artists, schools, businesses and communities. Visitors can explore hundreds of uniquely designed lion sculptures celebrating creativity, local talent and the courage of children cared for by Sheffield Children’s Hospital. The trail offers an inspiring, interactive way to discover the region while supporting vital fundraising work.
This is a free public art trail. All sculptures can be visited without charge.
The Pride of Yorkshire trail runs throughout summer 2026 and can be explored at your own pace across the four South Yorkshire boroughs. Visitors can use trail maps or the interactive app to track sculptures, unlock prizes and discover stories behind each design. A final farewell event will showcase all lions and cubs together before they are auctioned to raise money for Sheffield Children’s Hospital Charity.
