About the Facilitator: Sarah Autumn

Sarah Autumn, a Leeds-based activist and community organiser, facilitates the group. Collaborating with Pluto Press and The Left Book Club, she curates each month’s reading.

Reading Room Schedule

• Occurs every 4-6 weeks on a Wednesday evening.
• Hosted at Left Bank’s main space or outdoor caravans during warmer months.

Session Details

Starting at 6:30 PM, the group allows time for settling in before delving into discussions, wrapping up by 8:00 PM.

Participation and Costs

• Free to attend, with a library copy available for borrowing.
• 40% discount on book purchases from Pluto Press for attendees.

Engagement without Reading

Reading the book is not mandatory. Attendees can listen, learn, and discuss broader ideas presented in the book.

Book Suggestions and Borrowing

• Suggestions from attendees are encouraged, considering the collaboration with Pluto Press and Left Book Club.
• Access to the Radical Reading Room Library at Left Bank is open to all.
