Skipton’s much-loved Christmas Markets return for two festive Sundays on the town’s historic High Street. With independent shops and cosy cafés lining the route, it’s an easy day out for browsing, eating and picking up gifts.

Venue: Skipton High Street, Skipton, North Yorkshire, BD23. The markets take place outdoors along the High Street in the town centre. Skipton railway station is within walking distance, with regular services from Leeds and Bradford; local buses also serve the town centre. Town-centre car parks are available but can fill quickly on event days, so arriving early or using public transport is recommended. Surfaces are generally level with step-free routes along the High Street; it can be busy at peak times, so allow extra time for wheelchairs and pushchairs.
