Step back in time and celebrate the festive season at Sheffield’s much-loved Victorian Christmas Market, returning to Kelham Island Museum on Saturday 6 and Sunday 7 December 2025. Gather under the gas lamps, browse unique stalls, and enjoy a weekend of festive cheer in one of the city’s most atmospheric heritage settings.

This beloved Sheffield tradition brings together over 80 stalls, festive food and drink, music and entertainment for all ages. With Victorian costumed characters, live brass bands, choirs, carollers, and traditional dancers, the market offers an immersive experience that combines seasonal shopping with history and heritage.
From Santa’s Grotto and children’s rides to the mighty River Don Engine in action, there’s something for every visitor to enjoy, making it one of South Yorkshire’s best festive days out.

Pre-booked tickets available from October, or pay on the day at the ticket desk. Assistance dogs only are permitted on site.
Venue: Kelham Island Museum, Alma Street, Sheffield, S3 8RY. There is no parking at the event, and visitors are encouraged to use public transport or nearby city centre car parks. The nearest Supertram stop is Shalesmoor, just a short walk away. Limited Blue Badge parking is available at the Fat Cat pub car park on a first-come, first-served basis. The site is mostly accessible, with step-free access to main areas.
